Food was delicious, very homey feel. Restaurant was nice and clean. You can tell their spring rolls are made in house as it packed with abundant ingredients. Last time we had the vegetarian bun it was really worth its value. It included spring rolls, plentiful fresh vegetables, tofu seasoned and pan fried with cripsy caramelisation Broth of the pho was rich. Super keen to continue supporting this local business

We ordered the Bun Bo Hue and a Pho with chicken and beef. Both were absolutely delicious. The Bun Bo Hue was deep in flavour, but felt light, and didn't leave us with the dehydrating, bloating feeling that you often get with this dish. Much the same with the Pho. We could tell they were new and still finding their feet, and the location is a bit hot and noisy even with a only a few people inside (probably owing to its size) but the boys are clearly doing a good job. Would definitely go back and look forward to trying more of the menu.
